Next Month’s Circle: November 1st
Movement, reflection, and real conversation.
Sacred Circle is a two-hour space to slow down, come back to yourself, and connect with others in a meaningful way.
Each circle is a little different, shaped by the season, the theme, and the people who gather. You can expect a blend of gentle movement, guided self-reflection, conversation, and community connection, with plenty of space to simply be present with what is here.
This is a sacred container, but it doesn’t require you to arrive with anything figured out. Come as you are. Move, reflect, listen, share if you want to, and leave with whatever feels meaningful to you.
November | The Truth
Sacred Circle – 11/1 – The Truth
There is a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from knowing the truth and continuing to talk yourself out of it.
The Truth is an invitation to get a little more honest with yourself. To notice what you already know, what you’ve been avoiding, where you’ve been overriding your own needs, and what becomes possible when you stop arguing with what is true for you.
This two-hour Sacred Circle will include movement, guided self-reflection, conversation, and time to simply be with yourself and with the people in the room. We’ll explore the truths we carry in our bodies, the stories we use to make sense of them, and what it looks like to listen without immediately trying to change, fix, or figure everything out.
You do not need to have an answer. You do not need to share anything you’d rather keep to yourself.
Come as you are. We’ll make some space to listen, tell ourselves the truth, and see what happens when we actually let that be enough.
Sunday, November 1
2-hour workshop | 2:30-4:30pm
$30 members, $35 non-members
Hosted at Flow Yoga Georgetown
I’m really looking forward to bringing Sacred Circle back.
Every circle has a theme, but the shape of the gathering stays familiar.
We’ll move our bodies, spend some time reflecting, and have an opportunity to connect and talk with the people around us. There will be guidance, conversation, quiet, and plenty of room for whatever you’re bringing with you that day.
You don’t need to prepare anything or have the right words. You can share, listen, write, move, or simply be in the room. The point is to give yourself a couple of hours to step away from everything else and actually pay attention to what’s going on inside you.
Through gentle movement, breath, guided rest, and reflective journaling, we’ll soothe the nervous system, practice self-compassion, and hold honest presence and space for one another.
You don’t need to arrive whole or healed.
Just willing to be with yourself, just as you are.

What to Bring:
• You (and Your Bestie)!
• Journal & Pen
• Water
• Comfy Clothes
• Anything else you may want or
need for your mind, body, and soul.
What to Expect:
• Yoga Practice
• Discussion and Journaling
• Meditation
• Community & Connection
• Practices to Take Away
I am committed to creating a space where we can be fully human, honest, vulnerable, and compassionate in our connection.
This is a place for curiosity and depth, for asking the big ‘why’s’ and uncovering the roots of what truly matters. Through it all, I choose to lead with an open heart.
This is an invitation to not just heal, but to truly feel and rediscover yourself through presence, play, and deeper self-awareness.
More on the Wellness Within Blog:
- Becoming Someone You TrustSelf-trust isn’t built through huge life decisions. It’s built one small promise at a time. A reflection on consistency, nervous system safety, and becoming someone you can rely on.
- Release Creates SpaceRelease creates space. But what happens when we stop trying to fill that space immediately? Sometimes the most important part of letting go is simply allowing the room that follows it to exist. As we move into fall, this is an invitation to notice what you’re carrying, what may have run its course, and what might become possible when you give yourself permission to put some of it down.
- You Don’t Have to Start Over Every MondayYou don’t have to start over every Monday. Sometimes what we call “getting back on track” is really an invitation to notice what we’re carrying, what we’ve outgrown, and what we’re ready to put down. This month, we’re exploring The Release — and what it means to make space without immediately rushing to fill it.
- Support Is a Practice TooA reflection on support, nervous system healing, hyper-independence, and learning that receiving care is part of wellness too.
